Congratulations to all of our tops producers for October!

October is always busy with our charity shoot, FL/GA game and Halloween. Our agents were out delivering pumpkins and other goodies to their wonderful customers. They were also busy with contracts and closings.

 

Congratulations to our Top Producer for the month, Rebecca Schaffer! Rebecca helped 5 families move in October from Palencia to Ponte Vedra totaling $1.8 Million. She takes great care of her customers and co-leads our weekly Bible Study at Davidson Realty.

 

The Top Sales Agent for October is Suzy Evans. Suzy had over $1.5 Million in contracts for the month. Suzy sells all over the first coast area and just received another great review from a happy customer.

 

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1 Million in sales. Mirtha is a master at helping her customers price their home properly and get it in wonderful condition to get it sold quickly.

 

Our Top Producing and Top Selling Team for October is Shelley and Tim Nemethy. The Nemethy Group helped 2 families buy a home and 2 families sell their homes for over $1 Million in closings for the month.

 

The Jacksonville Beach Top Producer is Candy Gil. Candy loves helping buyers and sellers at the beach or World Golf Village areas. She is pretty happy these days with a new granddaughter to make her smile.

 

The Jacksonville Beach Top Sales agent is Dana Usrey. Dana enjoys working in the beach area and is very creative with our Deck the Chairs entry every year for the holidays. I can’t wait to see what she and the team put together this year.
