The 100 Days to Greatness® program is a 14-week, step-by-step training course that combines training from industry expert Brian Buffini, video role-playing, exercises and live accountability sessions – creating a comprehensive, practical learning experience. Our Davidson Realty “students” learn how to build and maximize relationships in order to cultivate advocates for life and accelerate their business. For December, Lyn Sappington (4th from left) took top sales honors with $1.6 million in transactions for the month. Lyn is known for selling homes throughout Northeast Florida – from Amelia to Palm Coast. Jock Ochitree (not pictured) was our top producer with $1.4 million in closings. His specialty is homes in golf course communities. Pauline Cake (far left with real estate partner/husband Woody Cake) – who specializes in selling The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village - won top lister with just under $400,000 in listings sold. An honorable mention goes to Mirtha Barzaga, who had seven transactions during the month!

For the 4th quarter, Lyn Sappington was our top sales agent and our top producer! She had $3.3 million in sales and $1.5 million in closings. Suzy Evans (3rd from left) was our top lister with a total of $1.4 million listings sold.  She also had another $700,000 in buyer sales for a total fourth quarter result of $2.1 million. Suzy’s extensive mortgage experience helps her sell homes throughout Northeast Florida – including the beaches.

Each of Davidson Realty, Inc.’s top agents for December and the 4th quarter of 2009 holds Certified Distressed Property Expert designations. The CDPE designation is achieved through extensive training in the options, solutions and effective methods for assisting homeowners dealing with financial hardship and avoiding foreclosure.

Davidson Realty also recognized Cindy Vaughn as “Employee for the Quarter”.  I am particularly tickled with this recognition because Cindy is a close personal friend and a genuinely great lady! She expanded her role as Accounting Manager at Davidson Realty to help its real estate professionals in the negotiation of short sales with the banks and loss mitigation representatives. In her new role, she has been patient, but firm. And she never, never, never gives up! I am proud of Cindy – and all of our other top producers! Congratulations to all!

Those are words that every Realtor dreams to hear and it isn’t the first time that Davidson Realty agent, Beverly Morse, has heard them. That quote comes directly from a letter written by one of Beverly’s clients after she sold their house in two weeks.

Beverly’s fascination with beautiful homes and decorating drew her into real estate. She also believes her past career led her to where she is today. She says she has been in service related jobs her entire career, so it seemed natural to combine working with people and helping them find the ideal house for their family. 

Beverly has all kinds of experience, from a Trade Finance Officer to a founding partner of a management consulting practice. And, now she is one of the top performing agents at Davidson Realty, recently being honored with Top Agent for the third quarter. Beverly is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert, which makes her an expert on distressed properties, like short sales and foreclosures. For any kind of real estate situation, Beverly has experience to get you through it with ease!

In her free time, she loves to garden and come up with new ideas to add interest to her landscaping. Because she is new to the Northeast Florida area, she loves experimenting with tropical foliage and bedding islands. Orchids are the most challenging thing she has grown so far, but because of the Florida weather, they have turned out beautifully! She and her husband enjoy adding plants and feeders that attract birds and butterflies to their yard. And, they are now planning to add a patio!

The top producer for the month was Pauline Cake. Pauline has been on the Davidson team at World Golf Village since May of 2002, but has worked at the Village since 1997. This makes her an original! Pauline, and her husband, Woody who works with her, live in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village with their two beautiful boys. She really does know the community inside and out! We really are happy to have two such outstanding Realtors on our team – congratulations to them both!

Davidson Realty’s top producer in September was Doug Duggan with over $1.3 million in volume. We must give an honorable mention in this category to Beverly Morse who was a very close second with $1,278,500 in volume.

Finally, the top lister for the month was Lyn Sappington. And she has played almost as many golf courses as Jock, including Ballybunion, Old Course and Pebble Beach.

Of course, if we recognize our top monthly performers, we also want to recognize our top quarterly performers! During the third quarter, Pauline Cake was top sales with over $2.3 in total volume. Double congratulations goes to Dottie Lay who was the top lister and top producer from July to September. Dottie also holds the honor of being the only native at Davidson Realty. She was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach.
