Let me first just start off by saying CONGRATULATIONS to all the hard working agents and staff that made this month happen! We had 47 sales transactions in March with 22 different agents selling. Everyone pulled their weight and made this month a great one! Bad real estate market? Not for survivors!
Our Top Lister in March is Suzy Evans with almost $1.9 million in listings sold. If you want your property sold, hand it over to Suzy! She recently listed and sold a Sawgrass Country Club home in less than 3 weeks. Suzy is a constant performer and seems to top herself month after month.
Pauline Cake is our Top Sales agent this month with almost $1.7 million in combined sales and listings sold. Pauline’s caring nature and knowledge of our area is untouchable. She bends over backwards for her clients and helps them through any transaction with ease.
Mirtha Barzaga had nearly $700,000 in closings in March making her our Top Producer! Mirtha has a passion for helping others and never stops working for her clients. It doesn’t matter what time, when, or where. She is there for you.
This month has been the month we’ve been looking for. Let’s hope April is ready for our agents!

This month, we get to recognize our top real estate agents for December…and for the 4th quarter of 2009 - not to mention a special recognition for our top employee of the quarter – Cindy Vaughn (far right) - too!
For December, Lyn Sappington (4th from left) took top sales honors with $1.6 million in transactions for the month. Lyn is known for selling homes throughout Northeast Florida – from Amelia to Palm Coast. Jock Ochitree (not pictured) was our top producer with $1.4 million in closings. His specialty is homes in golf course communities. Pauline Cake (far left with real estate partner/husband Woody Cake) – who specializes in selling The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village - won top lister with just under $400,000 in listings sold. We are pleased to announce Davidson Realty’s top producers for October 2009. Winning for top sales and top listings, with a combined production of over $1,609,000, is Suzy Evans. Suzy joined Davidson in August of 2008 and has been an integral part of our team ever since! Just last month, Suzy organized a Davidson team to participate in the “Ramp It Up” program. She enlisted the help of 11 Davidson agents and staff to build a wheelchair ramp for a disabled member of our community. Her sparkling personality and positive attitude make her a joy to have on our team!
The top producer for the month was Pauline Cake. Pauline has been on the Davidson team at World Golf Village since May of 2002, but has worked at the Village since 1997. This makes her an original! Pauline, and her husband, Woody who works with her, live in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village with their two beautiful boys. She really does know the community inside and out! We really are happy to have two such outstanding Realtors on our team – congratulations to them both!
Davidson Realty really has a remarkable team of sales agents and support staff. Each month we like to take the opportunity to recognize a few of them. This month, we’d like to congratulate Jock Ochiltree for selling the most homes in September. Although this is a wonderful claim to fame, one of Jock’s other notable accomplishments is playing golf on over 400 courses in 14 countries.
Davidson Realty’s top producer in September was Doug Duggan with over $1.3 million in volume. We must give an honorable mention in this category to Beverly Morse who was a very close second with $1,278,500 in volume.
Finally, the top lister for the month was Lyn Sappington. And she has played almost as many golf courses as Jock, including Ballybunion, Old Course and Pebble Beach. (more…)

Congrats to our August Tops!
For the second month in a row, Dottie Lay was named Top Producer (top number of closed listings and sales) with sales at $808,000. Dottie has twenty five years of real estate experience, and specializes in working with first-time homeowners and distressed properties.
Jock Ochiltree was named Top Sales Agent (highest dollar volume of sales), with sales close to $550,000. Jock, who has life experience in golf communities and has a great love for the game, specializes in golf course communities and distressed properties.
Pauline Cake was named Top Lister (highest dollar volume of listings sold), with 2 1/3 listings, selling at $710,000. Cake is a Certified Distressed Property Expert who works with two other Davidson Realty agents to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. Cake lives in and specializes in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village.
