Pauline got her Florida Real Estate License. She knocked on a trailer door at the World Golf Village sales office. Pauline has been a Davidson agent since 2002. She’s also been a resident in our St. Augustine golf course community living in Bearsford, Royal Pines and Waterbury. When Pauline and Woody (also a Davidson Realty agent) began living in the King & Bear, there wasn’t a Publix here yet. She giggled as she told me that the only place to buy wine was the Shell station. By the way, they still have good wine!

It is so obvious that Pauline is not just “selling” this area, but truly loves World Golf Village. She has served on many committees and volunteered many hours to various organizations like Mill Creek Elementary, Builders Care, Christ the Redeemer, and the Sales Marketing Council.

A big part of what makes Pauline a success is her husband and she is quick to give credit where credit is due. Pauline sparkles when she talks about the team her and Woody make. “Woody is the driving force for me in OUR business. Woody has a lot of experience with foreclosures before computers when all the research was done at the court house.” Pauline believes that experience is what gives Woody the ability to look at any property to see what it needs, do a market analysis, and see what it will take to renovate it.

Pauline and Woody have been such an asset to our Davidson Team! Most recently, Pauline won Agent of the Quarter, but she has been winning awards since she started here. In 2005, they won a Disney cruise for being Top Lister, Top Sales and Top Producer for the year!
