We raised a glass to the improved real estate market, all of the talented new agents that joined us in 2012, and the hard work that made last year a great one for everyone on Team Davidson! The Perfect way to end 2012 and the Fourth Quarter – Over $7 Million in Sales and $8 Million in Closings in December!
Team Davidson showed they know how to finish strong! Congratulations to all of our Jacksonville Realtors on an amazing month with over $7 million in sales for December and almost $8 million in closings! And, what a way to end the 4th quarter of 2012! The Olympics Take Over World Golf Village – Relay for Life 2012!
Another successful year raising money for the cure! World Golf Village neighbors, businesses, friends and family came out on Saturday to celebrate, remember, and fight back against cancer. We had beautiful sunny weather with cool breezes to keep us going around the track over and over again. Davidson agents and staff signed up to walk at all hours from 3 pm to 9 am. The Davidson Companies raised even more money than last year, totaling over $4,000 (including sponsorship money)! Jock Ochiltree, Davidson Agent and cancer survivor, was our highest fundraiser, raising over $1,200 himself!
Jock Ochiltree and Roberta Hicks, our two cancer survivors, proudly took the first lap with all the other survivors to kick off the relay. For me, this is the most powerful part of relay. It really put everything into perspective and shows why you relay in the first place – we WILL find a cure!
People had a blast walking the track, while the DJ kept the music coming. There was a huge bouncy house for the kids and all the tents were stocked with fun for everyone. Teams were selling raffle tickets for amazing gift packages, cake pops, glow sticks, glow-in-the-dark glasses, food, necklaces, and more! (more…)

Meet our Top St. Augustine Realtors in January!
January did not bring the sales and closings numbers we were hoping for, but there was still a lot of great activity in Northeast Florida – particularly when it comes to new home construction! Our St. Augustine Realtors alone sold five homesites and six new construction homes in the month of January. It’s great to know new construction is happening again and there are new neighbors on the way!
The Top Lister of the month is Jennifer Todd with $385,000 in listings sold. Jennifer’s specialty is new home construction and evaluating vacant land, but selling five lots in the month of January is impressive even for her! All five of the homesites are in The Estates in the King & Bear – two were sold to a builder and three to individual buyers. Congratulations Jennifer!
The Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with over $350,000 in buyer sales. Suzy sold two new homes in January – one in World Golf Village’s premiere active adult community, The Cascades, and the other for KB Homes in Samara Lakes. You might remember Suzy from our last top’s blog on year-end awards. Suzy was our Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for all of 2011!
Our Top Producer for January is Jock Ochiltree with close to $700,000 in closings. Jock also sold a homesite in Waterbury in World Golf Village’s King & Bear and had a total of four closings in January! Jock is our resident golf expert and would be happy to share his expertise on Jacksonville golf course communities with you.

Great Sales in April for our St. Augustine Realtors!
April sales almost tied our March numbers! This month we had over $8.2 million in sales and $3.3 million in closings. 17 different agents had sales this month. Great job to all of our St. Augustine Realtors! Here are the Tops for the month:
Jock Ochiltree is our Top Sales Agent with over $1.1 million for the month! Jock is having a great year so far! He was also our Top Sales Agent for March and for the first quarter. Jock loves to golf, especially on World Golf Village’s world renowned courses. Pauline Cake is our Top Producer with over $1.2M in closings for the month! She was our Top Lister for March and the first quarter.
