The Top Lister for the month is Suzy Evans with over $1.3 million in listings sold and almost $1.6 million in total sales. Suzy was our Top Producer and Top Sales Agent for the 3rd Quarter. She was also our Top Lister in August, Top Producer in August, Top Sales Agent in July, etc. We are looking forward to our Awards Banquet in January when we can celebrate all of Suzy’s achievements in 2011. She is one of the hardest working people and she deserves all the success that comes to her!

Our Top Sales Agent is Pauline Cake with over $800,000 in buyer sales and over $1 million in total sales. Pauline was our Top Sales Agent in September, June, and our Top Producer for the 2nd Quarter. What amazing accomplishments! Pauline has remained on top in 2011 and we can’t wait to see what she will do with November and December!

Our Top Producer in October is Michelle Gonzalez with over $1.2 million in closings and six transactions. She managed three closings in one day on Halloween!  October is a very special month for Michelle for many reasons – it marks her 4th anniversary with Davidson Realty, 4 years since she got her real estate license, and the first month she has been named our Top Producer!! She was also our Top Lister in September. Congratulations, Michelle!

Mirtha Barzaga remains on top in July as our Top Lister and Top Producer with 6 sales totaling over $1.2 million, over $750,000 in listings sold, and 3 closings in July totaling over $500,000. Mirtha was our Top Lister in June. She not only works every day of the week, but she manages to find time to mentor our new agents. Mirtha was basically the inspiration for our Mentor Program because of her excellent guidance with Davidson agent, Maxine Levy. She takes on new agents and shows them the ropes – everything from how to make a listing presentation to understanding documents at closing. She is also your biggest cheerleader along the way! She juggles real estate, a very large family, mentoring and somehow she makes it seem effortless. That’s probably because she loves what she does so much and boy, does it show! 

The Top Sales Agent for July is Suzy Evans with 6 sales totaling over $1.6 million. She had over $1.2 million in buyer sales. We are not only celebrating Suzy’s title as Top Sales Agent, but also her 3 year anniversary with Davidson Realty! We are so happy to have such a professional on our team! Suzy was our Top Lister in April, our Top Producer in March, and our Top Sales Agent in January. We know you will continue to see her name at the top. Suzy has it all and there is a lot we could all learn from her.

Our Top Sales Agent this month is Dottie Lay with $1.3 million in sales and listings sold. We were lucky enough to have over 15 different agents participate in contributing over $8.9 million in sales for May!

Our Top Listing Agent, Top Producer, AND Featured Agent this month is Suzy Evans! Suzy totaled over $960,000 in listings sold this month. Our Top Producer is recognized for closings and Suzy had over $1 million in closings for May. We had 15 different agents with closings totaling over $3.8 million.

For those of you who don’t know a lot about Suzy, you must not have been reading our past Tops blogs because she continually makes the list! Suzy was our Top Lister for the 4th Quarter last year, our Top Lister for the 1st Quarter this year, our Top Lister in March, and our Top Producer in April. Even though that’s as far back as I’m willing to dig, she has been performing at the top of the list ever since she became a part of Davidson’s team. These are just a few of her professional accomplishments, but I bet you didn’t know…

2. And, she LOVES fast cars
3. She dove with sharks in the Bahamas
4. And, she builds wheelchair ramps for the disabled through NEFAR
5. Suzy enjoys offshore fishing and on one trip she caught an African Pompano, 2 dolphin, a cobia, and a red snapper!
