April Brings Highest Sales Since 2006!

April was an outstanding month for everyone at The Davidson Companies!  We had 29 different agents with sales in April for a total of $13.8 million; our highest sales since March of 2006! In other great news, 30% of our sales and closings for the month were new home construction. Congratulations to Mirtha Barzaga and the Cake Team (Pauline and Woody) for coming out on top!

The Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for April is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.5 million in listings sold and over $800,000 in buyer’s sales for total sales of over $2.3 million. Mirtha had 10 sales in April, two of which were new home construction with Inland Homes. She sold five of her own listings! Mirtha was our Top Listing Agent in January, February and for the first quarter. She was also the Top Sales Agent in January. Congratulations on a very successful month, Mirtha! (more…)

Top Realtors for March and the First Quarter of 2013 – Congrats to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

Everything’s coming up roses here at Davidson Realty! Twenty-one different agents had transactions to make $10 million in sales for the month of March and $8.8 million in closings. When we saw the sales and closing numbers for the first quarter of 2013, we thought we might have teleported back to 2005. Team Davidson had $31 million in sales for the quarter and $21.3 million in closings! Thirty-one different agents had sales and twenty-six had closings during the quarter! All of our hard working agents deserve a huge congratulations, but we have to celebrate the Jacksonville Realtors on top:

The Top Listing Agent for March is Pauline Cake (and her husband Woody Cake) with $700,000 in listings sold and over $1.4 million in total sales. Pauline and Woody sold three of their own listings in World Golf Village and a listing in Anastasia Island. They were also our Top Producers for February. Pauline and Woody are such a power team! Closings and Sales are off the Chart in July! Congratulations to Mirtha, Doug and Jennifer for Reaching the Top!

This month, we are thrilled to report great news for both sales and closings! Our Jacksonville Realtors came in strong with nearly $8.8 million in sales and $7.6 million in closings! Twenty different agents had sales in July. Everyone did their part in making this an incredible month for our company and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication to their client’s needs. Here are the top Realtors for July:

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and almost $1.4 million in total sales. Out of Mirtha’s five sales, three were her own listings. She sold in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, Ponte Vedra and multiple homes where she lives, Heritage Landing. Mirtha is the listing agent for Inland Homes, who is currently under construction in World Golf Village. She would be happy to help you build your dream home! (more…)

Agent Earnings One of the Reasons Davidson Realty Stands Above the Crowd

The things that make Davidson Realty different are also what make us special.  We have extremely successful agents, we work as a team and we love to have fun.  We’ve created a video series to give more insight about what makes a career at Davidson Realty different. 

There are three main reasons Davidson is different than other firms in the area: agent profitability, training and mentoring program, and our culture. In this first video, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and Realtor Jennifer Todd concentrate on agent profitability. Agents that have been at Davidson for at least one year average a production level of $2.9 million during a 12-month period compared to the whole market average of $600,000 for individual agent production. As far as compensation, our agents make around $50,000 to $100,000 a year. (more…)
