A Great End to an Even Greater Year- Congrats to our Top Realtors in December & the 4th Quarter!

The final tally for 2011 is in and we’re thrilled to report that business was up over $8 million in sales and over $9 million in closings from 2010 to 2011!  We’re also happy that overall the North Florida real estate market is showing positive signs of continued improvement.  Our hats are off to our incredible team of St. Augustine Realtors, and special Dottie Originalthanks goes to our top performers in December and the fourth quarter of 2011.

Our Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent for December is Dottie Lay with almost $300,000 in listings sold and over $1 million in total sales. Seventeen different agents had sales in December for a total of over $4.2 million. Dottie had an amazing close to 2011 and we know that 2012 will take her even further!

MargheriteThe Top Producer for December is Margherite Myers with over $900,000 in closings! Our agents had over $4.2 Million in closings for the month. Margherite was on fire this month selling new home construction in The Cascades – World Golf Village’s premier active adult community.

suzyFor the 4th Quarter, our Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with over $1.3 million in buyer sales and over $2.5 million in total sales. Total sales for the quarter were over $16 million. Suzy was also our Top Sales Agent/Top Producer in November and our Top Lister in October.

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister and Top Producer for the quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.7 million in listings sold and almost $2.8 million in total sales. She had almost $3 million in closings.  Our closings for the quarter were over $14 million. Mirtha was also our Top Lister in November and the 3rd Quarter.

$9 Million in Closings for our St. Augustine Realtors in June!!!!!

One word to describe this month – WOOHOOOOO!!!! We had over $9 million in closings for June and over $7 million in sales all thanks to our hard working St. Augustine Realtors! That’s our best month since June 2008, so as you can imagine we are all smiles around Davidson Realty. There were 18 different agents with closings for the month. We have lots of celebrating to do – we get to congratulate our Tops in June and for the 2nd Quarter!

pcPauline Cake is our Top Sales Agent in June and our Top Producer for the 2nd Quarter! Pauline’s total sales for June were over $800,000 and she had over $3 million in closings for the quarter. She was our Top Producer in April, Top Lister for March, and Top Lister for the 1st Quarter. Pauline works and plays in World Golf Village, so it’s not hard for her to sell a lifestyle that she loves so much!Ana Speziale

Our Top Producer for June and our Top Sales Agent for the 2nd Quarter is Ana Speziale with over $1.1 million in closings in June! She had over $1.3 million in buyer sales and over $2 million in total sales for the quarter. Ana was our Top Sales Agent in May and our Top Producer in January. Ana treats every customer as if they were her only customer. She gives so much of her time, energy, and passion for real estate.

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $700,000 in listings sold and $800,000 in total sales! Mirtha is the definition of hard worker! She recently had to be persuaded by her co-workers to take one day a week to work from home. Whether it’s a holiday or not, Mirtha is serving her customers!dottie

And, our Top Lister for the second quarter is Dottie Lay with over $1.1 million in listings sold and almost $2 million in total sales. Dottie was our Top Lister in May, Top Sales Agent in March, Top Producer for the 1st Quarter, Top Producer in February, and Top Lister in January. Dottie knows this market like the back of her hand – let her more than 25 years of experience in this industry work for you!

Our Top Jacksonville Realtors in March & the 1st Quarter of 2011

pcWe had a great March and first quarter! Last year at this time the deals came pouring in because of the Home Buyer Tax Credit, but this time March was a great month all on its own! We had over $8.7 million in sales for March a good month by any standard. There were 22 different agents with sales in the first quarter. What a team effort – Congratulations to all of our Jacksonville Realtors with a sale, listing, or closing in the first quarter of 2011!

Our Top Lister for March and the first quarter is Pauline Cake! She had almost $1 million in listings sold in March and over $1.7 million in total sales for the quarter. No one is more passionate about World Golf Village than Pauline. She has been here from the very beginning with us and we couldn’t be happier to have her!Jock Ochiltree

The Top Sales Agent for March and for the first quarter is Jock Ochiltree. Jock’s buyer sales were over $1 million for the month  and he had over $1.9 million in total sales for the quarter. Jock loves to play golf and is a 20 year veteran of golf course community living. He would love to take you out on the King & Bear golf course and help you find your dream golf course lot or home!dottie

Dottie Lay had the most total sales in March with over $1.5 million and over $2.2 million in total sales for the quarter! She is our Top Producer for the quarter with over $2.2 million in closings. She was also our Top Producer in February. If you look at the other Tops blogs you will see her name!

suzyThe Top Producer for closings in March is Suzy Evans with 4 closings for the month totaling more than  $750,000. Suzy has been Top Lister and Top Producer many times also!

We  have a great team that supports and encourages each other. We are so proud of every one of our agents!

Top Jacksonville FL Realtors in February

February was a great month for our Jacksonville Realtors! 18 different agents had a sale this month for total sales of over $4.6 million. We closed over $3.6 million, which is over $2 million more in closings year to date than we had in 2010 through February! Hard work pays off and we are very proud of all our excellent agents. Here are the tops for the month:

Beverly MorseCongratulations to the Top Sales Agent in February, Beverly Morse! She had over $850,000 in buyer sales. Beverly is known for her professionalism. She almost always wins the staff & agent voted on categories for our yearly awards banquet. Most recently, she won the Dealer’s Choice Award for professionalism, honesty, sincerity, and courteousness. She is a role model for not only her fellow agents, but also the staff. Great Job, Beverly!Margherite

Our Top Lister this month is Margherite Myers with over $300,000 in listings sold and almost $475,000 in total sales. Margherite’s can-do attitude and ambitious spirit tells me we are going to see even more of her on this list in 2011! She is a team player and someone we are very lucky to have on the Davidson Team.

dottieAnd, our Top Producer is Dottie Lay with almost $1 million in closings. What is left to say about Dottie? She’s a go-getter, she’s a wonderful person, and a great friend. She has all the qualities of an amazing Realtor. She was our Top Lister in February and December, our Top Producer in November, Top Sales Agent in October, and I could keep going back far too long! One recognition that does deserve to be repeated is how she is a four time FIVE STAR AGENT.

Starting 2011 off with a Bang! Our Top Realtors in January

What a great way to kickoff 2011! Our Jacksonville Realtors had over $4.6 million for closings and sales of approximately $3.5 million. We put up some good numbers this month and hopefully it’s only the beginning of what’s to come. Now, let’s congratulate our Tops!

dottieOur Top Lister this month is Dottie Lay with over $500,000 in listings sold and over $600,000 in total sales. Dottie has over 25 years of experience selling Jacksonville FL real estate and if you take a look at her numbers in 2010 and the beginning of 2011 that experience is shining through! Dottie not only received 2 of the top awards at our awards banquet for Top Sales Agent and Top Closer, she also won two awards our staff and agents voted on for professionalism, honesty, sincerity, and goes above and beyond. Not only do her customers appreciate her experience, so does everyone at Davidson!

suzyFor January, our Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with over $700,000 in buyer sales and over $900,000 in total sales. Suzy also did very well at our awards banquet being named the Top Lister of 2010. Not to mention, she cleaned up with the prizes we raffled for participating in company events, team building, educational activities, and going above and beyond. She is always willing to help the other agents and continues to impress her customers.

Ana SpezialeAnd, our Top Producer for the month with the most closings is Ana Speziale with $1.3 million. Ana was awarded at the banquet for over $2 million in closings and $3 million in sales. Everyone at Davidson is so proud of Ana and we all have a lot to learn from her about customer service. We get flooded with notes from her happy customers raving about how patient and kind she is. We are very lucky to have her!

Congratulations to all of our agents that had a sale, listing, or closing in January. It looks like 2011 is going to be a great year!
