Shelby moved to World Golf Village in 2004 from Wisconsin, where she was born and raised.  She also lived in Maryland for two years, where she met her husband Jeff.  In addition to being a mother of three, Shelby is active in the St. Johns County School District and serves as co-chair of the Student Advisory Council at Wards Creek Elementary School.

• Are you in a financial position to take advantage of the great prices and low interest rates without selling your current home?  If you have a down payment for a new home and can qualify for a mortgage without selling, renting out your home might be the ideal option.

Karen Stern grew up in Alabama and moved to St. Augustine about 30 years ago. She has been married for over 25 years to her husband, Les, whom she met after moving here. They have two children; son, Jarrod, a water resource engineer in South Florida, and daughter, Maggie, a Museum Studies student at FSU. Prior to joining the Davidson Realty team, Karen served as a government relations consultant and as an elected official in St. Johns County. After serving on the St. Johns County School Board, she was elected to the St. Johns County Commission, where she served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman to the Commission. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for St. Johns River State College and on the Northeast Florida Regional Planning Council. Karen is a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Jacksonville program and serves in a volunteer capacity with the LJ Adult and Youth programs. She also enjoys her volunteer service with Habitat of St. Johns County.

Karen graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, serving her community, gardening, reading, and traveling.

Born and raised in Auburn, Alabama, Selena is a graduate of Auburn University.  She relocated to Jacksonville in 1988 where she started both a family and a business.  When not scouting for the best home deals for her clients, Selena enjoys spending time with her three sons.  Baseball, the beach and Auburn football are also favorites of Selena.
