4. According to the Jacksonville Business Journal, Davidson Realty is now among the top 10 real estate agencies in the area.
5. Most of our Agents now hold CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations, so they can shrewdly advise clients on the ins and outs of today’s market, including short sales and foreclosures.

This month we are excited to announce our top Jacksonville realtors in April and celebrate our 31 transactions with over $6.3 million in sales and listings sold! We may not have topped our March numbers, but we have proved the market is picking up and our spirits have, too! Our top real estate agents should be no surprise to you, but we love gushing about them any way.
For April, our Top Lister is Pauline Cake. No stranger to the Tops List, Pauline was also our Top Sales Agent in March. As she celebrates this accomplishment, we celebrate her 8 year anniversary with Davidson Realty on May 21st! Pauline has known World Golf Village from the beginning and grown with the community. The only thing that hasn’t changed is Pauline’s status at the top of the pack!
Top Sales Agent for April is Jennifer Todd. She was also our Top Lister in January, starting our year off right! Her past experience with new home construction and her continued focus on builder homes has made her a consistent producer.
Suzy Evans was our Top Lister for the 4th Quarter last year, Top Lister for the 1st Quarter this year, AND our Top Lister in March! I guess she decided to top all that off with the title of Top Producer in April.

The 1st Quarter Top Agents are not only ALL repeat winners, they are exquisite ladies that prove month after month that they are the best in the business and they aren’t going anywhere! Their dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction has yet to be beat. These women deserve all the praise they get.

This month, Mirtha Barzaga led the pack being named Top Producer and Top Sales Agent! With 3 transactions, her sales totaled over $1.2 million and she closed over $850,000. Mirtha’s success is a direct result of her hard work and commitment to her customers – she even worked on Christmas to help her customers buy their dream lot in the King & Bear. In this economy, hard work should be rewarded and Mirtha deserves the praise!
It’s no surprise that Lyn Sappington was named Top Lister in February! Her professionalism and talent has continued to put her on the tops lists month after month. In February, she sold 2 listings totaling over $500,000. We have no doubt that she will continue to impress!

January was a good month for St. Augustine real estate! We had a total of 25 transactions with an average price of $272,000, which is higher than previous months. It is great to see that housing prices are picking up in St. Johns County. Fourteen different Davidson agents had a sale in January. Things are looking good!
Dottie Lay stood out in January being named Top Sales Agent with over $1 million in sales and Top Producer with over $1 million in closings. Dottie is familiar with all of Jacksonville real estate.
